Competition

All Blacks Tours Superbru play to win

 

Promoter

Sports Travel and Hospitality New Zealand Ltd trading as All Blacks Tours

 

Location

Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne.

 

Entry Restrictions

Entrants must be a New Zealand permanent resident who is at least 18 years of age and must have a valid passport that enables them entry into Australia.

 

Competition Period

The Competition begins at 12:00am (NZT) on 14 February 2023. Entries into the Competition close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 23/06/2023.

 

Entry Method

During the Competition Period entrants must:

  1. Sign up to the All Blacks Tours Superbru Pool for Super Rugby Pacific 2023 using the Superbru sign up process. If entrants don’t already have a Superbru account, they will be required to create one.
  2. Sign up to the All Blacks Tours database and agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions. 

Upon submission of the completed signup forms including submission of personal details, entrants will automatically be entered into the Competition. 

 

Competition Period

The Competition begins at 12:00am (NZT) on 14 February 2023. Entries into the Competition close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 23/06/2023.

 

Maximum number of entries

Only one entry is permitted per person.

 

Draw Details

At the conclusion of Super Rugby Pacific 2023, the eligible player with the highest Superbru score in the All Blacks Tours Pool will win the Prize. 

The Winner must claim the Prize within 7 days of All Blacks Tours attempting to notify the Winner that they have won the Prize (Claim Date).

 

Prize Details

The winning entrant will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the All Blacks vs Wallabies Bledisloe Cup Match (Match) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne on 19 July 2023.
  • Three (3) nights of accommodation for two (2) people. 
  • Two (2) economy return flights from Auckland to Melbourne.

 

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by email that they have won and how the Prize will be delivered.

 

Terms and Conditions of Entry

 

  1. Information on how to enter and the Prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility to Enter

  1. Employees of Superbru and All Blacks Tours and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. You must be a minimum age of 18 and over to enter and be a permanent New Zealand resident and hold a valid passport. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age, identity and residential address, in order to claim a Prize. Proof of age, identification and residential address considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

     

Entry 

  1. To enter the Competition, entrants must follow the Entry Method while signing up to the Competition.  All entries received after the Competition Period are ineligible for entry into the Competition and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries claims or correspondence.  
  2. The Promoter’s decision and all matters pertaining to this Competition will be final. 
  3. This Competition is considered a game of skill and the Prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest score at the end of the Competition Period. 

 

Prize 

  1. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your data will be held by All Blacks Tours and Superbru, consistent with the Privacy section below. All Blacks Tours and Superbru may contact you by email regarding your entry, and, where applicable, with important details regarding the Prize.
  2. All Blacks Tours reserve the right to refuse to award any Prize to an entrant who All Blacks Tours decides (in its sole discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions of Entry, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means.
  3. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to the All Blacks Tours Booking Terms and Conditions found at https://allblackstours.com/general-terms-and-conditions/
  4. the Winner must have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and Visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities including any costs associated with delay, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. 
  5. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the travel service providers. Any travelling companion accepts the Prize subject to these terms, conditions and restrictions as if references to the Winner in the relevant clauses were to the travelling companion.
  6. The Prize is only valid for the All Blacks vs Wallabies Match in Melbourne on 19 July 2023 and cannot be transferred to any other future events. 
  7.  The Prize is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.
  8. All Blacks Tours is only responsible for supplying the Prize. All Blacks Tours shall not be liable for any additional costs, such as food and drinks, transport around Melbourne or any other costs incurred while using the Prize. Any such costs shall be borne entirely by the Winner. 
  9. Entry to the Match will be subject to the applicable entry terms and conditions, as updated from time to time.

 

Flights: 

  1. As the Prize involves travel and flights, any competition Winner must comply with the Terms and Conditions of Carraige of the relevant airline.
  2. The flights are not-redeemable for cash.
  3. This Prize must be taken on the dates listed on the tickets as supplied by All Blacks Tours.
  4. No transfers to or from the airport are included in the Prize. This includes any domestic transfers from any area of New Zealand to Auckland. Any Winner is responsible for making their own way to Auckland. 
  5. All travel insurance, departure taxes and any other expenses associated with international travel, passports, and/or personal expenses are the Prize Winner’s responsibility. 
  6. The winner must have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and Visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities including any costs associated with delay, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. 
  7. Airline tickets are non-transferable. Name changes are not permitted.

 

Notification and Collection of Prizes and Redraw Process

  1. The Winner will be chosen and notified by email on the date set out in the Draw Details. 
  2. To claim the Prize, the Winner/s must respond to All Blacks Tours’ email notifying them that they are the Winner and they must confirm their eligibility by the Prize Claim Date and Time. If the Winner/s are unable to be contacted at any of the contact details provided during entry into the draw, and if they do not claim the Prize by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will deemed to be invalid and All Blacks reserves the right to select another Winner who will be the eligible entrant who has scored the next highest score in the Competition.

 

Database

  1. By clicking submit on the entry form, entrants to the Competition permit All Blacks Tours to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly about any All Blacks Tours news, promotional materials or other offers via phone and/or email. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information and unsubscribe from the All Blacks Tours database at any time. 

 

Privacy 

  1. By providing personal information the entrant agrees that this information will be used by All Blacks Tours for the purposes of conducting this Competition and as otherwise contemplated under the terms of this statement and the tennis privacy policy located at https://allblackstours.com/privacy-policy/ which contains information about how the entrant may access and seek correction of their personal information or complain about a breach of their privacy, and how the All Blacks Tours will deal with that complaint.  If the entrant does not agree, the entrant must not provide their personal information, and they will be unable to enter the Competition.   All Blacks Tours may disclose the entrant’s personal information to other parties, including All Blacks Tours’ related companies and third parties who provide All Blacks Tours with services. From time to time, these third parties may be located (and therefore the entrant’s personal information may be disclosed) overseas, including to the UK and Australia.  All Blacks Tours and any third party whom All Blacks Tours has disclosed the personal information to may use and disclose the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Competition and for direct marketing purposes regarding related products and services and other competitions, unless the entrant opts-out (which the entrant can do at any time in accordance with the privacy policy), and for facilitating further offers if the entrant ticks relevant boxes when entering the Competition. 
  2. Each entrant must ensure that any other person whose details have been provided by the entrant to All Blacks Tours for the purposes of the entrant’s participation in this Competition has given their implied or express consent for their details to be provided to All Blacks Tours and any of its related bodies corporate and to be contacted by All Blacks Tours or any of its related bodies corporate in relation to this Competition.

 

Discontinuance and Disqualification of Competition 

  1. All Blacks Tours reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and at its sole discretion may cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Competition and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative Prize or Prizes to the same value as an original Prize or Prizes. Any change to or cancellation of this Competition, for whatever reason, is subject to the written direction of all relevant legislative departments in New Zealand.
  2. Without limiting the foregoing, All Blacks Tours reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, can be considered objectionable, profane, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory, or any entrant whose entry is not compliant with these terms or who has, in the opinion of All Blacks Tours, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition and/or All Blacks Tours. All Blacks Tours reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who they have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. 

 

Exclusion of Liability

  1. All Blacks Tours and its associated agencies and companies (including New Zealand Rugby) take no responsibility for the loss of, any damage to or delay in the transit of Prize/s due to incorrect or imprecise delivery or contact details provided by an entrant.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, All Blacks Tours makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as Prizes.
  3. All Blacks Tours is not responsible for losses associated with any change to the value of any Prizes.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, All Blacks Tours and its associated agencies and companies (including New Zealand Rugby) will not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property or for personal injury and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by All Blacks Tours, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the winner/s and where applicable, to any persons accompanying the Winner.
