Sports Travel and Hospitality New Zealand Limited, trading as All Blacks Tours (ABT) collection, storage, and use of your personal information is subject to this Privacy Policy, and is also subject to all applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 2020.

We will hold your Personal Information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. If we have not been in contact with you for 3 years then your account may be classed as dormant or your Personal Information may be deleted in line with our data retention policy. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may share your data with business that supports our websites, products and services or delivers services that we sell as agent may be located outside of New Zealand (the country where we are incorporated) and also outside of the country where you are located. This means that the personal information we collect may be transferred to, and stored in, a country outside of New Zealand and the country where you are located. ABT offers sports travel and hospitality packages on behalf of third-party suppliers (Principals). Relevant personal information that we collect at the time of booking will need to be provided to the Principals (for example, Hotels) and other supporting entities in order to facilitate and process your booking. Where Principals or other supporting entities that process your booking are located outside of New Zealand, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will be protected to the same standards as apply in New Zealand. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and consent to this arrangement on behalf of all travellers.

Some of the personal information we collect is processed in New Zealand. New Zealand is recognised by the European Commission as a country that has an adequate level of data protection and we may rely on this decision in transferring personal information to New Zealand.

Commercial Partners, Event Organisers or Venue Operators

This Site offers travel and hospitality packages delivered by us and third party partners to various sporting events, so we may also be required to share your Personal Information with the third party hospitality provider, event organiser or venue operator of the event you have purchased a package in relation to.

How is the Personal Information we share used?

Your Personal Information will be used by us and shared with third parties referred to above for the purposes of:

administering and allocating your ticket to your requested event and/or travel and/or hospitality packages;
the prevention of crime and for supporter security purposes;
the regulation of unauthorised aftermarket ticket sales;
for market research and analytical purposes necessary to develop and improve the customer experience at future events; and
where you have provided your consent, to send you marketing communications.

CONSENT
