With All Blacks test matches still going ahead, it's business as usual for us - but we are keeping tabs on the situation as we're aware that things can change at pace. 

If you have any difficulty getting hold of us, or are experiencing delays, please know that we are doing our absolute best to get to you and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible

 

Package Inclusions

Although we may be proceeding as normal throughout this situation, some of our suppliers may be feeling the pinch. With this in mind, all elements within our travel packages are subject to availability and we may be forced to change inclusions due to changes in supplier circumstance.

We are in constant discussions with all of our suppliers and we will certainly let you know if we are forced to make alternate arrangements to your package, whereupon you can decide if you're still keen to join us. 

 

RWC 2023 Refund Policy

We know that COVID-19 has created a bit of uncertainty worldwide, but we don't want that to worry you.

Every RWC 2023 booking is eligible for a full refund if they wish to cancel their booking up to 365 days from the start of their package.
