What category of match ticket is provided with my package?

Official match tickets are supplied to All Blacks Tours by the New Zealand Rugby Union. The category of ticket will vary depending on the package you purchase. Where possible we will provide a stadium map indicating where our allocated seats are to give you an indication.

What is included as part of my package?

It will vary for different travel packages however will always consist of accommodation and/or flights as All Blacks Tours cannot sell just match tickets. Fully escorted packages will include accommodation, match transfers (if applicable), daily breakfast, official match tickets and an exclusive supporters event. If you have any questions regarding specific package inclusions, please call 0800 87 2011 to speak with one of our friendly sales team. 

What is 'Play Advantage'?

Play Advantage is a $200 fully-refundable deposit that you can use against any packages that we have on sale. It also guarantees that you will receive information about the package(s) in the pre-sale window before it goes on sale to the general public.  

Do I need a visa when purchasing an overseas package?

If you purchase a package for a destination outside of New Zealand, your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return to New Zealand.  

We recommend that you check passport, visa, immigration, health, and customs regulations and requirements well in advance.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation to allow your entry overseas and/or return to New Zealand.  Official travel advice issued by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is available by visiting their website at www.safetravel.govt.nz.  We recommend that you review this information both prior to making your booking and prior to departure.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend you organise travel insurance. For more information, call our team on 0800 87 2011. 

When will I receive my travel documentation?

Travel documentation is provided approximately 10 days prior to your travel date.

Can I sit with friends or family who have also purchased All Blacks Tours package for the same fixture?

If you know someone else who has booked the same package as you, you can provide their booking reference number when purchasing your package and we will do our best to seat you close together for the match. If you have already booked, or don’t know their booking reference number, please contact us.

Are prices GST inclusive?

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars per person (accommodation is on a “twin-share” basis), and includes any applicable GST.  Prices are based on payment by internet banking or cheque.   Credit card surcharges are not included in the package price. 

What payment is required when booking a package online?

A 20% deposit is due at time of booking for domestic packages and 30% deposit for international packages. The remainder of the payment is due 90 days prior to the package commencement date.

Any packages booked within three months of the package commencement date are required to be paid in full.
